Our club is proud to have a St Johns ZOLL AED 3 Fully Automatic Defibrillator available at both Terry Reserve and Albion Oval to assist in the event of a sudden cardiac arrest emergency.
The ZOLL AED 3 is designed to be easy to use, providing clear voice and visual instructions to guide rescuers through the emergency response process. The unit automatically analyses the patient's condition and, if required, delivers a life-saving shock without the need to press a button. It also provides real-time CPR feedback to help responders deliver effective chest compressions.
We would like to sincerely thank the NSW Government for its support through the Local Sport Defibrillator Grant Program, which has enabled our club to improve the safety of our players, officials, volunteers, and spectators by providing access to this important piece of lifesaving equipment.
We encourage all members, volunteers, coaches, and spectators to take a few minutes to watch the AED training video guide so they are familiar with the device and its operation should an emergency occur.
In an emergency, call 000 immediately and follow the instructions provided by the AED.

Defibrillator (AED) Location – Terry Reserve
The defibrillator (AED) is located within the main Terry Reserve complex, adjacent to Field 1. The unit is housed in a clearly marked, alarmed cabinet that is accessible during club activities and match days.
To locate the AED, enter Terry Reserve through the main front gate and proceed past the BBQ area. Continue walking and veer to the right towards the main amenities building. The defibrillator cabinet is mounted on the external wall of the complex facing Field 1, making it visible and easily accessible from the playing area.
The cabinet is alarmed to alert nearby people when the unit is being accessed during an emergency.
Please ensure all club officials and volunteers are familiar with its location.
Defibrillator (AED) Location – Albion Oval
The defibrillator (AED) is located inside the First Aid Room at the Albion Oval complex.
On training and game days, the First Aid Room door will be unlocked to allow access to the AED if required.
On game days, the AED cabinet can be mounted on the outside of the First Aid Room building to provide easier access during matches. At the conclusion of the day, the AED should be returned to the First Aid Room and the cabinet secured.
The cabinet is alarmed to alert nearby people when the unit is being accessed during an emergency.
Please ensure all club officials and volunteers are familiar with its location.
